Information You'll Need to Know:

• The organizer reserves the right to cancel any event where the prerequisites are not met.
  
• The organizer reserves the right to merge events together in order to stay on schedule.
  
• Competitors must be in the Ballroom 30 min. before designated times or at least 5 heats prior to actual heat's in which they are competing to check in with the On Deck Captain.
  
• Complimentary Coat Check will be available during all sessions so you can secure your belongings - cameras, costumes, shoes, etc.
• Vendors will be on site in case you need any last minute supplies/gear.
• Video and Still Photography services will be available for your convenience.
• All participants must have all fees and expenses paid in full before dancing.
• Men will need to leave a $5.00 refundable deposit for their non-tear numbers.
• Please be sure and read through the Rules & Policies.
• All Professionals and Amateurs must be currently registered with the NDCA and present their membership cards at the Registration Desk prior to receiving their numbers.
• A late fee is added onto the NCDA membership fee if the application is received during the dates of the competition. Blank application forms will be available at the Registration Desk.
